Sales & Marketing Executive (Freight Forwarding & Logistics)

Our comprehensive services include Ocean Freight, Air Freight, NVOCC, Customs Brokerage, Warehousing, Project Cargo, and Supply Chain Management. We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the freight forwarding and logistics industry.
- Client Acquisition: Visit importers, exporters, manufacturers, buying houses, and trading companies to generate new leads.
- Service Promotion: Promote the company’s core services, including Ocean/Air Freight, Customs Brokerage, Warehousing, and Logistics.
- Sales Operations: Prepare accurate quotations, negotiate competitive freight rates, and consistently follow up with customers.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Digital & Email Marketing: Promote company services through LinkedIn, targeted email marketing, and other digital channels.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure seamless shipment handling and high customer satisfaction.
- Market Insights: Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new target segments.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales and marketing objectives.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of proven sales experience in Freight Forwarding, Shipping, NVOCC, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of Ocean Freight, Air Freight, LCL/FCL, and Incoterms.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English, with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Value Additions:
- Experience with LinkedIn marketing, email marketing, and CRM tools is highly advantageous.
- An existing customer network within the logistics industry will be preferred.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently under pressure.
